Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change and unexpected circumstances happen. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before purchasing a class, class package, or other booking with CFCNX.
Class Purchases & Refunds
All class purchases are considered final and are generally non-refundable.
Once a class, drop-in, class package, or other booking has been purchased, we do not provide refunds for changes of mind, changes to personal plans, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, or failure to attend a booked class.
Transferring Your Booking to Another Class
We understand that travel plans and schedules can change. If you can no longer attend your booked class, you may transfer your booking to another available CFCNX class provided you request the change at least 2 hours before the original class start time.
Transfers are subject to availability.
Each booking may be transferred once only. Once a booking has been transferred to another class, it cannot be transferred again. If you are unable to attend the new class, the booking will be considered cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund, credit or further transfer unless exceptional or mitigating circumstances apply.
To request a transfer, please email cfcnxinfo@gmail.com with your name, original class booking and the class you would like to transfer to.
Requests made less than 2 hours before the original class start time will be treated as a cancellation. The booking will not be eligible for a transfer, credit or refund unless exceptional or mitigating circumstances apply.
Exceptional or Mitigating Circumstances
We understand that sometimes circumstances outside of your control may prevent you from attending.
Refunds, credits or transfers may be considered in exceptional or mitigating circumstances, including, but not limited to:
- Serious illness or injury
- Medical emergencies
- Bereavement
- Significant family emergencies
- Other serious and unforeseen circumstances that reasonably prevent attendance
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at the discretion of CFCNX, subject to any applicable consumer rights.
We may ask for reasonable supporting information or documentation where appropriate.
Experiencing an exceptional or mitigating circumstance does not automatically guarantee a refund. Where possible, we may offer a class credit or transfer instead of a monetary refund.
Cancelling a Class Booking
If you can no longer attend your class, we recommend requesting a transfer rather than cancelling your booking.
Transfers to another available class can be requested up to 2 hours before your original class start time and each booking can be transferred once only.
If you choose to cancel your booking, or contact us less than 2 hours before your class, the booking is non-refundable and no class credit will be returned.
Exceptional or mitigating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Classes Cancelled by CFCNX
Occasionally, CFCNX may need to cancel or make significant changes to a scheduled class due to circumstances such as coach availability, facility issues, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.
If CFCNX cancels a class you have purchased separately, we will offer an appropriate replacement, class credit, or refund.
Class Packages & Expiry Dates
Class packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
Unused classes are not refundable simply because a package has expired. Extensions may be considered where exceptional or mitigating circumstances have prevented you from using your classes for a significant period.
Requesting a Refund, Credit or Transfer
To request a refund, credit or transfer, please email cfcnxinfo@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include:
- Your full name
- The class or purchase concerned
- The date of the booking
- A brief explanation of the circumstances
- Any relevant supporting information, if requested
We will review your request and let you know whether a refund, credit, transfer, or other resolution can be offered.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
