Develop strength, power, and technical proficiency through the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. As an official affiliate, we follow PRVN Olympic Lifting programming to ensure our athletes are training with world-class structure and intent.
Experience is required to join these classes. If you are new to the Olympic lifts, your journey begins with our On-Ramp program. These introductory sessions build the technical foundation and confidence you need to safely transition into our Weightlifting and CrossFit classes.
