ด้วยสภาพอากาศของประเทศไทย เราได้รับการออกแบบยิมให้เป็นพื้นที่เปิดโล่ง มีพัดลมสำหรับระบายความร้อน มีหลังคาโปร่งแสงเพื่อกันฝนและยังได้รับแสงส่องเข้ามาในยิม ชุมชนของ CFCNX เป็นชุมชนนานาชาติ และมีความหลากหลายทางเชื้อชาติโดยมีผู้คนจากทุกสาขาอาชีพร่วมคลาส
CFCNX ย่อมาจาก “Community Fitness Chiang Mai” — สะท้อนค่านิยมหลักของเรา คือ การสร้างชุมชนของความหลากหลายโดยมีจุดหมายร่วมกัน คือการสร้างความแข็งแรง การพัฒนาศักยภาพทางกาย และการดูแลสุขภาพองค์รวม
เราเปิดยิมในปี 2010 ในชื่อ CrossFit Chiang Mai เราเป็นสมาชิก CrossFit แห่งแรกที่เปิดในประเทศไทย ซึ่งในตอนนั้นมีสมาชิก CrossFit เพียงไม่กี่แห่งในเอเชีย เรายังคงเป็นสมาชิกของ CrossFit ที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนให้เห็นถึงความหลากหลาย และการไม่แบ่งแยกของ CrossFit
CFCNX Strength and Conditioning is Chiang Mai’s premier strength and conditioning gym.
More than just a gym, we are a training facility focused on active coaching, building better athletes through world class training.
Taking advantage of Thailand's climate, our gym is designed to be open air, with fans for cooling, and a translucent canopy to keep off the rain and let in light. We hang a flag for every member or visitor, and are loosing count of the number of countries represented in our gym! The community of CFCNX is international and diverse, with people from all walks of life and backgrounds.
CFCNX is short for “Community Fitness Chiang Mai” — our core values reflect our emphasis on building a community of diverse people around a common core of a dedication to excellence in strength, conditioning, and fitness.
Originally opening in 2010 as CrossFit Chiang Mai, we were the first CrossFit affiliate to open in Thailand when there were only a handful of CrossFit affiliates in Asia. We remain a CrossFit affiliate and are encouraged to see CrossFit’s increasing emphasis on diversity and inclusion, especially with traditionally underrepresented communities.
